Paradise Lost...Musings of a Broken Heart..

Few days back my friend came to me totally depressed...why because he has again successfully managed to get his heart broken..It's not that it was totally unexpected...but then you still feel sorry for him...:-)
So let me tell you the story behind another paradise lost...another heart broken...

They used to work in same office. My friend knew her for some time and started liking her. Slowly his liking developed to something stronger. The girl also was active...she used to go for lunch in the office cafeteria with him...she used to call him for coffee to cafeteria...and be generally nice to the guy... She used to come to his desk and talk for long times...they used to play TT together...and to the guy it all seemed clear indication of facts that girl is also interested.

Once the guy got this feeling he decided he is going to ask the girl out...and immediately he got the cold feet and he dilly-dallied for some time...during this time some other developments also happened...he found that girl was increasingly saying no to his offers to come for coffee, dinner...it was not that girl was not accepting any offers..it was just that she was saying no more often.. (May be girl had seen seen he was interested and wanted to avoid him)

However, it didn't seem right..at one hand she was not saying no altogether..(well if she has got the feeling that guy is interested and she is not then clearly say no)...and on the other hand whenever guy tried to determine if she was clearly interested he always got feeling no she is not...(whenever he tried asking her indirectly for going out she always wriggled out...girls have good communication skills in these matters..)

Now guy is really confused..he already knew that it was no point in asking the girl out..however on the other hand there was remote possibility that girl was hesitating. He didn't wanted to miss out on that because he didn't try. Some things in life are so special that you cannot let them go without giving a try..

So one day guy said enough is enough...and he need to satisfy his heart..After that one day they happen to be coming same shared auto...after some time only those 2 were left in the auto..Guy mustered all his courage and asked her:

{{here's the conversation went like}}
Guy: Will you ever consider going out with me for coffee.
Girl: Yes, I would go out with any guy whom I know well... {{ huh very diplomatic answer}}
Girl: Who are you planning to ask
Guy: you only..
Girl: laughs sarcastically and got down at her stop...

Guy.....totally disappointed leaves for the day...with his broken heart...

I guess from this girl should have got clear indication of the fact that guy is interested in him..and had she been interested she would definitely have shown some interest in the guy...

Guy being love-struck...and eternally optimistic...not loosing hope guy thought let me try once again to make sure to cover the case where she didn't got the hint...so guy sends her a nice sms...girl even replies back...
Now this adds to the mystery..if girl is not interested then why did she reply back...and if she is then why is she not showing it...
so he replies her back with a open question where she can invite him/tell me something to show that she is interested in talking to him....but then guess what she replies back by closing the conversation....
so again the guys is confused...& still has hopes that may be she still didn't get his indications...so he still is making plans to ask her....still not able to decipher her signals...

I am not sure when will he realize it's all over...or there never was anything to begin with...
But whatever you say these girls are hell...can't live without them...can't live with them...

Floods in Durgam Cheruvu

Recently there were heavy rains in Hyderabad and Durgam Chervu lake overflown and drowned our house. Whole area was submerged in knee deep water and people constructed bamboo-shoot bridges..:-) Look at the photos

Diwali @ Home...

After so much of struggle I finally managed to get last minute Diwali tickets for home...
Before going to home I was having doubts I will get bored at home...there are no friends there, however once you reach there you get reminded of simple luxuries home offer like breakfast time...clean place...always having something to munch...everything being in order and in place :-)
There are downside as well...there will always be someone talk to somebody..there are always some house-hold work which are pending..
However overall it's pretty exciting..you can spend whole day and you will not know where did time went.

First I should mention my bhatiji, Pari (Ananya)..
She is the most adorable and cutest bhatiji...:-)
(Of course, I am her most favorite Chacha)...

I spent good amount of time with her..she is so delicate and yet so playful...if no body talks to her for some time she will get angry and start crying..
I was playing with her for some time and after some time she happily slept in my arm. I cannot describe the joy I got with she so trustingly and happily sleeping in my arms....I was so overjoyed...

Then I taught Papa how to use computer. How to browse sites, how to use moneycontrol.com :-)
Here's papa and bhai @ computer

Then it was Diwali time and we all became busy with diwali preperations for getting house lighted, buying crackers etc..
Diwali is fun..first we light all diyas and then we put them across whole house and light the house. Do some puja, have some great food and burst some crackers. Look at some the photos
